Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
