Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
