Foxglove Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
