Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Oakland serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
