Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
