Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Ashton Legal Group is a Nashville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
