Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Minneapolis across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
