Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Minneapolis area, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
