Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Union Legal Group is a Milwaukee practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
