Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Staffing is a Milwaukee staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
