Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Clear Legal Group is a law firm in Milwaukee serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
