Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Vista Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Milwaukee region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
