Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Markets and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about supplier deliveries for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
