Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Miami, FL)

Nova Nest Press produces print and digital publications in Miami, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about customer orders for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
