Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Madison supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about donor records for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
