Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Madison with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Madison. What you will do • Write clear copy about deposit accounts for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
