Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Field Press Group produces print and digital publications in Louisville, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about bindery work for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
