Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Labs is a nonprofit in Louisville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
