Bluepeak Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Louisville. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
