Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Louisville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about exhibitions for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
