Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Quill Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
