Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jacksonville supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about client intake for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
