Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Jackson, MS)

Bright Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Jackson. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
