Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Union Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
