Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Indianapolis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about ticketing for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
