Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Indianapolis, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
