Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Indianapolis, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
