Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Houston, TX)

Fernwood Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Houston region. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
