Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Honolulu with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
