Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pine Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 927 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
