Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Banking Services Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about account openings for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
