Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Glen Telecom and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 523 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about outage reports for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
