Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
