Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Chicago, IL)

Nova Bright Staffing is a Chicago staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
