Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Willow Press is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Write clear copy about paper stock for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
