Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Charlotte supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about client intake for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
