Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about client orders for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
