Ironwood Wren Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Buffalo serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
