Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
