Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners Group is a Birmingham charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
