Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Basin Legal Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
