What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Photo or video editing skills.
