Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Thistle Staffing Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 512 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
