Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Maple Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
