Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Toledo, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
