Ironwood River Staffing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
