Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tampa region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
