Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (San Jose, CA)

Nova Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in San Jose across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about document review for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
