Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Jose with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
