Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Hollow Telecom is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills.
